Where you can find us?

We are a mobile massage service in Greater London and Birmingham. Our professional therapists will visit you at your own place: home, hotel or office.

We do not have in-call facilities. 

 

What are our opening hours?

Monday - Sunday 6:30 - 23:30. Our professional therapists have their own schedules, so any specific appointment will depend on their availability.

 

What is the minimum charge for all our professional treatments?

Our massages start from £50 in Birmingham and £60 in London. Sometimes we have some special offers, so please check the website.

 

What are the payment methods?

We prefer you to pay when you book, and this can be done easily by on-line transfer (paypal, Credit/Debit cards) If this is not possible, you can pay the therapist in cash before the massage begins. We do not accept cheques, dinner dates, massage swaps, promises or other offers. But please do tip the therapist if you enjoy their service.

 

How can I make a booking?

The fastest way to book an appointment is to text us your name, your postcode, the time you wish to book, and the type of massage you want to have. We will let you know who is available. You can also email, call or WhatsApp us. If nobody answers your call please leave a text message and we will respond to you as soon as possible.

 

How much notice we need before a booking?

It is best to book a day in advance, but we can take bookings on the same day. One hour is the absolute minimum notice before your booking, but the more notice you provide, the more choice you will have. Our therapists will try to get there as soon as possible. Please note that sometimes there may be unexpected delays, but your therapist will let you know exactly the time when can be there.

 

Do you have any medical conditions?

Do you have any allergies?

Have you taken any drugs or alcohol in the last 24 hours?

Because the health and wellbeing of our customers is very important for us ,we recommend you let your therapist know if you have any medical problem before the start of the session. If you are uncertain, please check with your doctor in advance of booking.

 

Will your therapist provide a massage table?

We recommend performing the massage on the bed or the floor. Our therapists are experienced and trained to provide excellent massages on the floor or bed.  If you need or prefer to have a massage table please ask us.

 

What’s included in the massage booking?

Our therapists will provide their professional massage oils and relaxing music You will be informed before your booking if we will charge travel expenses. This depends on your area.

 

Do I need to provide anything for the massage?

You should provide clean towels for your therapist and for the massage, This is the most hygienic option for both. Also ,please cover and protect your bed linen or floor.

 

What I should to wear during mymassage session?

The massage will be oil based, so it is normal to have the massage in your underwear. If you prefer to wear no underwear, your therapist will ensure you are covered with a towel. The therapist will be dressed in appropriate clothes and he or she will be professional at all times.

 

What type of massage is right for me?

We recommend you book a relaxing 90 minute massage. In this time you can relax and let your therapist massage all the main areas of your body.

If you just want to relax after a long working day, we recommend Swedish massage or Lomi Lomi massage. If you are just back from the gym or some exercise and you have pains or your muscles are sore, we recommend to you a Sports massage or Deep Tissue massage. Your therapist will be a stranger in my house. Have they been vetted by you?

Yes, we are very proud of our therapists and their professional approach. We have checked their skills and their personal testimonials.

 

How do I know if their massage is good?

We are very focused in our recruiting process and we spend a while testing our therapists and checking them before accepting them to work in our team. After their first bookings we ask our customers for give us feedback about their massage. Also you can always give us feedback about your session. We are sure you will love our therapists.

 

What if I get an erection during the session? Is there any sexual service?

If you get any erection during the massage, is no reason  to be embarrassed. This can sometimes happen and it will not affect the massage. ,

Please note this is a non-sexual professional massage service. We want to be clear that we do NOT allow any sensual massage, happy ending, hand relief or any other sexual services through us.  So, you will enjoy only a professional therapeutic massage!

Please respect us and treat our therapists with the respect they deserve by not asking for any sexual services or touching them inappropriately.

 

Can I order an oil massage at work?

Yes, of course you can. Call or text us and we will arrange everything for you.

 

How often should I have a massage?

Every time you want to relax and forget about all worries. We recommend you  have a massage every week because it can help you to reduce pain, manage migraines, help recovery from injuries, increase blood circulation and decrease stress.

Some of our customers have massages twice a week and sometimes even ever day.

But your wellbeing and relaxing time should to be your priority, so do the best for yourself and book appointments that suit your schedule and your budget.

 

What should I do after my session massage?

We recommend that you drink water after the massage. Water will help you to rehydrate and help to cleanse your body of toxins.

 

I want to book but no one is available now. What should I do?

We are sorry that we don’t have anybody available right now. But you can book in more time for other days. Also if any therapist becomes available we can text you the time she can get there.

 

My therapist is late. What can I do?

Call or text us and we will it sort out for you. There may be some reasons why this is happening, probably too much traffic. We know that this is frustrating and stressful when this happens , but hopefully your wait will not be for too long, and the massage will be worth it.

 

My therapist didn’t arrive at my address. What can I do?

This happen very rarely, but if a therapist can’t get to your job and they can’t contact you for any reason, we can send somebody else immediately to you. If you prefer to cancel your session and re-book for another day , we are here to help you.

 

How do I cancel a booking?

It is very easy to cancel a booking, you can just text us. But please do not cancel at the last minute. Our therapists will be travelling to appointments and will have incurred travel expenses and missed opportunities for other appointments. If you have to cancel please let us know three hours in advance.

 

What are cancellation fees?

You have to pay a cancellation fee if you cancel very close to you appointment time, when your therapist will be on her way. Usually we ask just for therapist travel money.

There will be no cancelation fee if your therapist is late and didn’t text you their arrival time.

 

How do I refer a friend and get my voucher ?

Text us and ask for your own personal referral code. When your friend will complete a job using your referral code, your next appointment price will be £15 less. It’s our gratitude for you!

We will give you a £15 voucher for every friend who makes a booking with City Massage Therapy using the code you will received via your text message.

 

Can I get a receipt for my booking?

If you need a formal receipt for your booking you can contact us we'll send you a PDF receipt via email. Receipts are issued from City Massage Therapy on behalf of your therapist.

 

How do I complain about a service?

We want your experience with us to be amazing . But sometimes something might go wrong. When this happens, we’ll do the best for you. Let us know by email - contact@ctymassagetherapy.co.uk - within 3 days of the job or otherwise we may not be able to action the complaint anymore.
